The staff was super attentive and helpful. The room was clean and very pretty and quaint.

The location being so close to the centre if Arundel. On site free parking. The decor in the room.

The heat in the room needing the window to be left open all night. The noise from the bar downstairs and from the street, not recommended for light sleepers. ( However there are courtyard rooms which looked to be quieter.) In my opinion £30-40 overpriced

Lage und Sauberkeit sowie freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Krankheitsbedingt mussten wir früher abreisen und man hat uns einen Nachlass gewährt. Frühstück konnten wir krankheitsbedingt nicht testen, es sah aber toll aus.

Leider war die Pumpe für die Toilettenanlage zu laut, so dass man schwer einschlafen konnte.

Annex rooms are too warm, no opening windows and no fan or air conditioning Windows are sealed shut which is a shame

Location lovely. Castle wonderful. Interesting high street with mix of shops and eateries.

Wasnt informed that our room was in a courtyard and not inside the pub, as thought when booking. Someone should have explained this. Could hear next door's tele. Some staff were ok and some not customer focused at all. Spent some of their time chatting with each other and looking at their mobiles!

Great staff very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. Accommodation clean and fresh.

Lovely room...great location and yummy breakfast
