"It was perfect for my needs. I had to attend a funeral at the Cathedral - absolutely next door."

Breakfast and location were perfect. I asked to able to check in slightly later than their regular hours. They agreed. Appreciated being allowed to use their off-street parking during funeral service.

Unfortunately the bedroom & bathroom lights (not power points) tripped a fuse during the night. Didn’t want to shower in the dark, & felt I had to wait until approx 7.30 to ring someone to let them know. Lighting was restored in about 10 minutes.

"Perfect for what we needed"

Breakfast was of good quality food and choice much better than other continental breakfasts.Staff were attentive and helpful. Great location for access to the town and the castle ..,,parking space for car in the hotel car park was a bonus.

Nothing I thought for the price it was very good value and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming
