Hotel and Suites Mansion San Antonio

I want to be very fair in the review. First, the good. The property is picturesque and quite nice. The room was very large and clean. The staff was friendly. The. location was good. Less than 1 mk from town, but still far enough to be quiet and out of the way. Felt very secure leaving our vehicle outside. Now, the downside. Even though the listing shows amenities like bars and restaurants. They were completely unavailable. We specifically asked for coffee service in the early morning so we could check out an be on the road, and were told we had to drive back in to town if we wanted anything before 9 am. I asked for another towel so i could shower once at night, and once in the morning with a fresh towel, and it was refused. We had to notify them 10 minutes before we wanted hot water. The water was not hot, but it was warm enough to shower without being too cold. Only two avaliable outlets in the entire room, and none near the desk. WIFI was very weak. Do NOT come here to work remotely! Overall, a nice place, and despite my frutration, I would recommend the hotel during a visit to Tlalpujahua, just be aware that the amenities listed arent readily available.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. !!! NO VUELVO NI GRATIS !!! Check out 10am (no te dicen hasta que llegas) Agua de la alberca helada. Imposible de nadar Las redes de internet ninguna da servicio, los empleados se limitan a decir que: es lo único que tienen y por la zona no hay señal de celular Las camas son una tabla y las almohadas viejas y sucias. Agua de regadera tarda mucho en salir tibia (ni siquiera caliente) Personal completamente descortés. Nadie resuelve nada, solo siguen órdenes. Nos dieron solo dos toallas. Cuando pedimos una extra para nuestro bebé nos la negaron. Hicimos la reservación on line. A través de hoteles.com. Llegando tuvimos que pagar en el hotel y la tarifa que mostraban en lobby era menor a la de internet y nos cobraron la más alta sin el menor criterio.

Muy tranquilo y un lugar hermoso

Gran lugar para un fin de semana!! Me encantó. Solamente les falta un restaurante o cafetería

No hubo luz ni agua, la alberca fuera de servicio pesima atención

Nos gustaron las instalaciones, la limpieza y la seguridad. Lo que no nos gustó es que no habían toallas en nuestras recámaras, en la noche no hay servicio de alimentos ni bebidas.

Pésimo, la habitación no tenía regadera, estaba descompuesta no nos pudimos bañar. Hace mucho frío y no tienen calefacción, solicite cobijas extras y no las llevaron. La tele no se ve puros puntos, no hay señal de wifi no llega a los cuartos. En la mañana no salía agua caliente ni en el lavabo. No hay nada cerca y no tienen restaurante. Un grave error reservar ahi

No hay agua caliente, solo tienen un restaurante para comer y no hay farmacias cerca ni doctor en el hotel
