Stayed here as a couple over a weekend in November 2024. What a fantastic place to stay. Benny was the consummate host providing all the tips and guidance we needed to enjoy our time in Bruges. The room was huge and had everything you need. Huge comfortable bed, large walk in shower were highlights. Breakfasts were amazing. A home from home. Location was ideal - 10 mins walk from centre, a few mins from bus stop and supermarket and a small pub. Quiet location next to a church. Benny had tips on where to go and also helped book restaurants for us (a must at weekends in Bruges). All his recommendations were spot on. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Participating in the 2024 Bruge Marathon, Feargal and Lindsay - our son and his wife - booked a four night stay in Bariseele Bed and Breakfast. Between them booking and the event itself, they convinced us, his parents, to come along and cheer them on. And that we did! Full of medieval charm, Bruges is such a super little city! Goodness, did Benny the proprietor look after all of us. His rooms were spotless, hot water aplenty, comfy beds. Oops, I cannot forget the lovely little drinks fridge in the rooms where the tipples on offer were so very reasonably priced - well Done, Benny! As we say in Ireland ... we were in clover! I must not forget to mention the breakfasts. They were truly superb. A large tray laiden with the finest of everything was delivered to us each morning. The yogurt made in house was heavenly - what a lovely touch! The tray included additional food enabling us to make up a roll to eat while on the move - such a really kind gesture - thank you, Benny! Truly, it is an absolute gem situated within easy walking distance of Bruge's town centre. Well done Benny and your staff too who work behind the scenes to ensure our stay with you was as memorable as it truly was. It was a very nice place, a little away from the crowd of tourists. Large bright room, huge bathroom. It was very convenient to use the parking and it cost 2 times cheaper than in central hotels. The place is only 10-15 minutes from all the central attractions and it is very quiet. Breakfast was a nice complimentary addition. This is a family business and the owners (Benny and Paul) were really helpful and friendly. They gave very useful tips about restaurants. Really recommend!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the house has quite a steep staircase, so this property is not suitable for children. But as a bonus, we had a beautiful view of the church, where in the evening we listened to Bach played on the organ

All the reviews we read were true. Benny is an AMAZING host, he was always ready to help, he shared very good tips on what to see and visit in the city. Breakfast is super delicious also.

Incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough. Super comfy room, brilliant location just far enough away from the main square. Fabulous host who was ultra helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was superb. If we ever go to Brugge again will definitely stay here. 10/10

Spacious, well-appointed, and romantic. Host was super knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk to all the major attractions. It is convenient for the centre but very quiet and peaceful. The bedroom and the bathroom were exceptionally spacious with all the amenities provided. Benny is an excellent host providing a warm welcome and useful information and helped in booking some of the best local restaurants. We will be definitely be recommending this gem of a place to our friends and family. Dank U wel.
