Location and very welcoming on arrival

The room we had had a kitchen but the utensils were quite limited

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, pillows were ok , hot water and pressure were good.. The breakfast and Dinner at the Cafe Villa was excellent as were the staff, if your into pizza and burgers the other resort restaurant the three pigs might be for you. All in all quiet pleasant.

We stayed in June ,I neglected to check how strong the trade winds are at this time of year they blow around 30Nts most days ..so check your months ..

The restaurants were lovely, meals were great. You could do takeaway to your rooms and they were open all day.

We did have no hot water a couple of nights. When the solar isn't enough the electric swap over should be automatic. Others we stayed with had no hot water for 5 days and they had a toddler and a baby with them.

Great location and good snorkelling right outside!

The noise from neighbouring properties on weekends was disruptive but fine through the week.

Breakfast and other meals were excellent

Having to carry own luggage especially when staying upstairs

Beach section and views

The property is run down things need fixing it look tired and not worth the price. It’s one of the more expensive places to stay and us in desperate need of an upgrade.
