It looks like its pictures. There is quite a big swimmingpool and direct access to the beach, but remember reef shoes! There are 2 restaurants that serves good food and the staff are friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Nasama lived up to our expectations and is a great place in Port Vila, although a bit far from town center. But it is easy to catch both taxi and local busses.

Our lock to the room was a bit of a mystery and took forever to lock. The staff tried to fix it, but it didnt really help. But also it wasn't a big deal. But must say there is not a pleasant smell in the bathroom.

Location. Room was clean with full kitchen facilities. 2 restaurants onsite. Absolute waterfront view. Friendly staff Quiet and peaceful. Very relaxing.

Enjoyed the more intimate resort and our room being so close to the water. The pool was great though would have been awesome to have a poolside service for drinks and snacks. Food at cafe was top notch and staff were so warm and friendly😊

Off to a bad start as our arranged pick up didn’t show. Check in was confusing as dropped to bbq area by taxi, where we were told we could check in but had to find someone to get staff to do this. Bed was very firm and some minor maintenance would have made our room worth the price.

The pool was accessible and located centrally so it wasn't far to walk. The room was clean and very conveniently set up. We had all the necessary amenities and comforts. The hot water came on and was comfortable, as was the air con. The food at 3 pigs was top notch and the staff were exceptionally friendly!

The staff at Cafe Vila could be a bit more attentive and less unsure. Otherwise, the service was fast, the coffee was great and the food was wonderful. Please ask the wait staff to be more attentive
