Nasama Resort

The pool was very nice with sparkling water that was well maintained.

The gravel paths around the resort made walking difficult for people of our age (late 70s) and meant that it was almost impossible to not carry small stones and dust into the room. The environment obviously has a big impact on maintenance and the period post the earthquake must have been very difficult for the owners but external doors, balcony railings and internal doors were often in need of repair or replacement.

Fantastic resort for families. Delicious breakfast included.

Studio grand et propre, la piscine superbe, accès à la mer.les massages au top.et surtout, le personnel souriant et accueillant.

We loved that both Cafe Vila (which was excellent - best food we had on the island - including the exceptional staff there) & the restaurant Three Pigs were part of the resort. The pool was nice and the location quite convenient.

The room was spacious but smelled mouldy & the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould but not sure this can be avoided given the high humidity. Unfortunately one of my three rings (my wedding ring sadly) that I placed in the safe went missing. I placed them in the safe upon arrival, midway through our stay the safe was open when we came back from a trip but didn’t think too much of it. When checking out only two rings were in the safe & the receptionist / staff were not helpful at all, ignoring my requests for support until I got booking.com involved only to say they didn’t find anything and then went silent again when asking for help to get in touch with the police for a report. Very disappointing. I thought the safest place to store valuables is the safe and didn’t even take them out once - it’s not!! Also the room can be accessed easily and sometimes the cleaning staff left the door open, so don’t take or at least put any valuables in the safe.

No real beach to speak of. Only a relatively small pool. Not much to do.

My wife and I stayed at Nasama for 2 weeks. For me it was a business trip and her a tourist. We had a nice oceanfront room that we loved looking out to the ocean and it was very private in that nobody could look back at us, except if a boat passed by closely which never happened as first there are very few boats here and second, due to the reef, the rare boat that passed was far away. We had wonderful sea breezes entering through the balcony doors that we left open all day. We found Nasama a good base to do things from. The staff was very helpful in organizing anything we wanted to do. We liked the 2 restaurants at the hotel but most frequently ate out in town after my work. Nasama is not posh like Warwick which is just down the road. But it was a much better value. As my wife was frequently at the hotel while I worked, she enjoyed the ability to cook in the full well equipped kitchen. Overall we felt safe and comfortable and well cared for at Nasama.

The beach here is small pretty but and as it's exposed to the open sea, it can be quite rough except at low tide. If you want to use a kayak or snorkel, although pretty shallow, your activities right at the hotel oceanfront are limited. But you can find ice snorkeling and kayaking places not far away.
