Nasama Resort

Accommodation was clean. Staff friendly, food excellent at Cafe Vila. We had a car so location was great.

Not much to dislike.

When the advertisement breakfast included, we still need to pay extra for coffee and some foods

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was good, as was the wifi. The hotel staff, particularly those at the restaurant were very attentive and kind and helpful. We are locals so we would definitely come back for a staycation again.

The resort is right on the beach, beautiful grounds. Good snorkelling, nice pool, free breakfast was appreciated. You can get picked up at the resort for half or full day tours.

We had problems getting hot water in the shower.

Very expensive for restaurants compared to in town.

The breakfast was lovely. The portacot and high chair they provided was very clean and nice. Lovely beach and pool and great for the kids too. The two bedroom apartment was nice and spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen also had a nice big table and a big fridge.

The service at breakfast was a little slow, particularly with the cups of tea. They seemed to forget them or took a long time to get them to us. Otherwise the food was great. It was nice having breakfast included in the stay. With the accomodation, we were upstairs and underneath us were smokers who smoked outside most of the day. We couldn't open our windows and enjoy the cool breezes because of the smoke from downstairs. However we could close the windows and put the air con on but it was a shame that we couldn't have the windows open for some fresh air.

Fantastic stay. The resort has amazing facilities and location. It has a very relaxing pool area, beautiful gardens and its own beach from which snorkelling is possible. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The staff are so helpful, no request is too difficult and any issues are seen to immediately. The included breakfast at Cafe Villa is outstanding. A good choice for all travellers and families with children.

A bit outdated but they are doing some renovations. Can smell mouldy because of humidity

Le personnel est adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Paco un chauffeur de bus qui parle français très souvent à disposition devant l’hôtel pour nous emmener en centre ville où nous proposer le tour de l’île. Le breakfast est à la carte mais le choix est grand. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et il est très copieux. Le cadre est exceptionnel, la plage privée est superbe et tous les équipements (palme masque tuba) sont disponibles à la réception.

Pas de service de transport de baggage de la réception à la chambre. Nous avons dû porter nos bagages. La télévision était toute petite par rapport à la taille de la chambre. Nous avions un bol à 22h pour notre départ, il a été fort regrettable que notre demande de retarder le Check out, même en payant un surplus nous ait été refusé.
