On my first night staying here a strange man got given my room key after I had checked in and used it to enter my room at 1am. In the morning I got locked out when I went to the bathroom and had to go down to the front desk to get a new key where they confirmed that mine would have been cancelled if someone else had been given a new one after I had checked in. As a single female traveller this was scary and absolutely unacceptable and I cancelled the rest of my stay and went to stay somewhere else.
