They never reached out to tell me many amenities were closed. Spa main restaurant...never asked me to schedule other activities in advance, tubing, boats etc all booked.i basically paid premium to find and do everything off campus. Never did maid service while there, never told me, had to reuse towels, etc. Very disappointed...

The rooms and utilities in the kitchen are old and outdated. Massive amounts of spider webs and bugs on the patio, even a huge wasp nest, made it completely unusable. The overall property is ok, but the rooms good definitely use updates and a thorough cleaning, especially the bathrooms and patio area.
