Plus point Location, and the vibe.. this hotel is just perfect.. comfy bed and pillow, superb breakfast spread even its not alot, cozy lobby, friendly staff, good security at the entrance car gantry, back gate card access to nearby nagoya hill mall is just the best of all.. my top list when holiday in batam.. no regrets..

Too comfy till u feel sad when checkout..😅
