"Online booking requested for a room near to lift. However was given a far a far away dead end room."

Breakfast has more variety.

The shower gel and shampoo not enough for both me and my wife to use. The hair dryer is not strong enough to dry my wife's hair in her expectation.

I like how the swimming pool is designed for smaller kids. They are able to walk in the pool along side with and adult in the adult pool. There's bath tub in our room which is a plus point.

The Jacuzzi is a nice idea for relaxation but during that period the water temperature is quite hot

The room very spacious and we get a free upgrade so happy

Just don't like the pillow too bulky luckily they have a smaller spare pillow very happy with it
