"Spacious hotel."

The room is super big. Not what I expected. The service is great and super friendly. They greeted upon arrival. A 5 to 10-minute walking distance to the Nagoya mall. Everything is clean. Breakfast every day changes the main menu. The bed is very comfy. My mother told me that after she rested on the bed, she would doze off. There is an outdoor wedding going on with loud noise. To my surprise, after entering the lobby with the door closed, the noise disappeared and did not disturb people at the hotel. Would love to come again in the future.

Grosse komfortable Zimmer. Umfangreiches Frühstück.

Die Umgebung ist zu Fuss fast unmöglich zu erkunden. Keine Gehsteige keine Strassennamen keine Schilder zur Orientierung schlechte Beleuchtung und fehlende Kanaldeckel. Das betrügerische Personal!!!!! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns beim auschecken viel zu hohe Taxipreise genannt. Uns dann falsch bezüglich der Zahlungsmöglichkeiten informiert, damit unter Druck gesetzt und dann beim Geldwechseln um 63 Euro betrogen. Das ist das Allerletzte!!!! Das vertrauen seiner Gäste so schamlos auszunutzen. Finger weg von diesem Betrügerladen!!!!

"Value for money hotel."

Good breakfast. The only problem seats are limited when the full guests are down for, breakfast let alone guests chat endlessly, though they had finished their breakfast. Most guests sit on the edge of the chair, blocking the flow of movement when getting off from your seated area.

The kitchen team is doing a fantastic job, refilling the food fast enough for the next guest. Very good spread of food - from local to Japanese, Chinese, and Western.
