"Staff and location were good, but the extremely high room temperature ruined our stay."

The location is great in downtown Dawson City. Close to everything. Our limited interactions with staff were fine - they were polite and efficient.

We stayed on the second floor of their annex across the street. The temperature was stifling and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The owners need to invest in some insulation in the ceiling as the heat is unbearable on sunny summer days.

The annex rooms do not have AC which is fine. Room was very warm until past midnight. Keep this in mind and try to secure a room in the main building if it is warm. Great hotel.

"Old West HOTEL vibe with great location, clean and well appointed"

It felt like the old West in Dawson city. The downtown hotel had great charm character and a great location. Close to everything.
