Location was fine

The noise! Oh my goodness! It was like trying to sleep in Covent Garden on a Saturday night. It was 2am before people stopped traipsing up and down the stairs, dragging bags … brief respite until 6:30 am and it all started again! Not happy. The hotel, to be fair, did offer us a refund.
