"Historical town with a building that fits into its localized location. Lots of Steps for access."

Location. everything was within walking distance. Staff was great.

Nice clean rooms. No A/C was a downer as it was very hot. We were in the annex across the street from the main building.

The location was very good. Parking was not an issue.

There was no breakfast available. We are seniors and it was difficult to go up the stairs with out luggage

"Disappointing."

4.0

The location is good, right in the centre of town. The place was clean.

This hotel (we were in the Annex) is pretty much a highway motel from the 1970s that hasn't been updated. The bathtub and sink are chipped and rusted, there is no air conditioning, and the window opens on to a closed atrium that gets very hot during the day (we were on the upper floor); opening the window only let in air that was hotter than the hot air already in the room. There were fans but they only moved the hot air around. There is no sound insulation. I don't think I have ever seen toilet paper this thin, it is practically transparent. The place needs updating and a lot of TLC; it is shabby. For nearly $300 per night I expected much better.
