ITC Grand Chola, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Chennai

Had a wonderful stay at ITC Grand Chola. The hotel is luxurious, beautifully designed, and the hospitality was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food quality and breakfast spread were amazing with plenty of options. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and family stays.

I recently stopped by ITC Grand Chola for lunch during an official trip, and I experienced hospitality that truly went above and beyond. In the rush to leave for my flight, I accidentally left my laptop behind at the restaurant. I only realized this after reaching the airport, and understandably, it was quite a stressful moment. I immediately contacted the hotel, and I was connected to Habib, the Chief Concierge. From that moment onward, the way he handled the situation was simply exceptional. He acted with incredible speed and professionalism — quickly locating my laptop, sending me a photograph for confirmation, and even arranging for it to be delivered to the airport since there wasn’t enough time for me to return to the hotel myself. His prompt action saved me at least 30 minutes and ensured that I was able to catch my next flight. What touched me even more was the genuine warmth and hospitality shown throughout. I offered to make a payment or tip for the effort, but it was politely refused — they simply said that customer appreciation and feedback meant the most to them. A heartfelt thank you to Habib and the entire team at ITC Grand Chola for such outstanding service. Moments like these are what define true hospitality, and I will always remember this experience with immense gratitude.

Expansive and well maintained. Well staffed and very courteous

The 24 hour restaurant . We went around 3 am for food and was asked to wait for 1 hour for them to clean the table . So we removed the dirty plates , cleaned the table and then ordered the food . The food was very tasty , but all the other tables had dirty plates and left over food . Not expected in such a good hotel .

The ambience and the facilities

More preference were given to players who stayed..i was also off boarded from the lift by security person as some support staff of MI was on the lift.

Everything was wonderful. The restaurants and the room, staff and amenities. One thing if I was being picky. The room or serviced apartment I suppose you would call it had a musky dank smell. As I was only in the room for one night then moved to a regular room which was great, I didn't bother too much about it.

I loved it . Great staff , great room - feels like am in a pent house wen i stayed here i had the best sleep , the food is well made altho there are so many options i cudnt try all i definitely wil come here again i think this was pure luxury stay 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Everything is just amazing here

Our recent stay at ITC Grand Chola was nothing short of exceptional, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences for both me and my wife. We stayed in a Towers room, which was beautiful in itself. It was spacious, elegant, with a great view and a relaxing bathtub that added to the overall comfort. What truly made our stay extraordinary was the thoughtful and heartfelt effort put in by the Guest Relations team, especially Dhivya K. Dhivya went above and beyond to make our anniversary and my wife’s babymoon incredibly special. We walked into a room beautifully decorated with balloons and rose petals, along with a unique and delightful touch, our pictures printed on chocolates. She also arranged a cake and a traditional welcome for my pregnant wife, complete with a rose petal shower, garland, and turmeric on her cheeks. It was such a warm and personal gesture. My wife was genuinely surprised and extremely happy, and that meant everything to me. This level of care and attention has made us lifelong fans of ITC. Experiences like these are rare, and it is because of people like Dhivya that a hotel becomes more than just a place to stay. The in-room dining was equally impressive. The lamb biryani was absolutely out of this world and easily one of the best we have had. We also dined at Avartana and tried the tasting menu. The ambiance and presentation were fantastic, and while the food was innovative and well executed, it was a bit experimental for our personal taste, but still a great experience overall. What stood out consistently throughout our stay was the warmth and helpfulness of every team member we interacted with. Most importantly, my wife felt completely at home, relaxed, and cared for, which made this babymoon truly special for us. We will definitely be returning, and I sincerely hope the management recognizes and appreciates Dhivya K for her outstanding effort in creating such a meaningful experience for us.
