ITC Grand Chola, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Chennai

My recent stay at ITC Grand Chola was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the sheer scale and grandeur of the hotel stood out—every corner reflects luxury and attention to detail. A special thanks to Yashika from Guest Services, who took exceptional care of us even before our arrival. She was proactive, attentive, and ensured all our preferences were thoughtfully arranged, which made a big difference to our overall experience. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I’d especially like to appreciate Vyshnavi from Madras Pavilion. She was incredibly attentive and made sure our dietary needs were well taken care of, adding a very personal touch to the dining experience. Service, hospitality, and comfort were all top-notch. Overall, a flawless and indulgent stay—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai and would gladly return.

ITC Chola in Chennai is the most luxurious and best managed property in whole of India.They have set such high standards difficult for other hotels in India n rest of the world to match.I have traveled to 146 countries and i realised how damm good this hotel is when i compare to other famous international brand of hotels.The passion dedication and focus for excellance is clearly visible in the entire hotel where the staff is so well trained and management systems are excellant and working very well. From the moment you arrive the warm welcome puts smile on your face.The rooms are spacious and luxurious with special attention to minor details and all systems working very well.Maybe the only hotel in india where the mini bar prices in the room is the same as supermarket prices.Most hotels in the world have hugely inflated mini bar prices which acts as irritant. The hotel marble flooring is so clean very well maintained shinning free of stains n marks gives feeling of ultimate luxury. The hotel has huge choice of restsurants where the food is served with love taste texture n presentation is not only outstanding it reflects the passion n dedication of the chefs setting new standards of hospitality. The hotel facilities is excellant for families n stayvation and the location is ideal for business people like me. Overall it was the most enjoyable stay and very high marks to the General Manager Resident Manager Food n Beverage Manager Front Office Manager Houseleeping Manager reception staff and staff at the lounge all deserve my heartfelt special thanks for making my stay most memorable for years to come
