Park Hyatt Hotel and Residences, Hyderabad

The impeccable hospitality and excellent service truly stood out the most during our stay. It was a wonderful experience overall.

Had a wonderful stay, will definitely come back, My daughter loved her stay at Hyatt. Friendly staff and special thanks to Kriti working as a guest relations in the front office she was so friendly and nice with my daughter. Made her feel at home and fulfilled all her simple wish during the stay in the property. Overall had an amazing experience and will definitely come back. Just one suggestion specially from my daughter is to open a play area somewhere in the hotel for all the small guest.

The room was excellent — very spacious, modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The hotel itself feels very contemporary and luxurious. I also want to compliment the reception staff and especially the supervisor, who were extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. However, my experience with some other staff members, particularly security, concierge, and doormen, was unfortunately not as positive. Unlike other luxury hotels where you feel welcomed from the moment you step onto the sidewalk, here I often felt slightly uncomfortable entering or leaving the property. Some employees gave off a rather cold and unwelcoming attitude, which made me feel more like an intruder than a guest at times. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but hospitality is also about atmosphere and how guests are made to feel beyond the room itself.

We spent 2 days at Park Hyatt Banjara Hills from the 22nd to 24th May. The airport pickup was prompt and the luxury car arranged to transport us made sure that we had a comfortable transit to the hotel. Biswajeet, who was at the reception took care of us and ensured that the entire checkin process was smooth and seamless. We had requested for a early checkin for 2 rooms which was accommodated. Biswajeet in particular made sure that both the rooms were arranged on the same floor which was almost impossible because the hotel was jam packed with the SRH IPL team members occupying most of the rooms. Rooms were so clean and the room service was perfect. The silver lining was the wedding anniversary celebration arrangements done in my parents' room with a yummy cake. The room was very well decorated and there was a beautiful hand written card (Kriti and Niveditha, take a bow) all done in a very short notice, The buffet spreads(Breakfast and Lunch) were both lavish and delicious catering with all cuisines. Had a dinner at the Italian resturant Triforni which was sumptuous as well and the room service was perfect. My rating will be a solid and a well deserved 10 on 10 and I am already looking forward to my next stay,

The room

The security was very rude. Since the SRH players were staying there, the security was not behaving well with the common man. The facilities like pool or gym remained inaccessible because of the SRH players.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Hyderabad (May 18–20, 2026) with high expectations, which were unfortunately not met due to significant issues with room disturbances. During my stay, I dealt with persistent noise from an adjacent room that continued until 1:00 AM, making it impossible to rest. While the Director of Operations did acknowledge the situation and apologized, admitting that the disturbance fell below the hotel's standards, I was deeply disappointed by the initial handling of the matter by the hotel staff on the ground. Being offered nothing more than a cup of tea as compensation for a ruined night of sleep was dismissive and fell far short of what I would expect from a property of this caliber. A luxury hotel experience should prioritize guest comfort and provide meaningful resolutions when those standards are compromised. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below acceptable levels, and I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.

we have upgraded our stay to service apartment . since its service apartment it'd had sliding door separating hall to bedroom. Everything was great. we slept off after check in and then we hear a knock from hall knocking the sliding door. we where in deep sleep we thought its from outside. later we realized that house keeping staff entered the room placed almonds on the table and knocked our door. we were shocked and felt insecure . when we complained to the manager they said sorry for your experience but said hotel has 3 knock policy and after which the staff will place the items in the room which stunned us even more . its not the service , its not the room, its not the food, its the response they have given what shocked me. I asked them what If I am in washroom unable to answer then staff come inside and I am in compromised situation. they said sorry thats all... they said they get regular complaints if they don't place the evening refreshment in the room so the staff knocks 3 times if no one responds they place it in room ( what a great service .. wow) and the team didn't mention about evening refreshment and that staff knocks 3 times. To our luck we had partition room. so nothing obscene happened
