"Incredible stay , amazing hotel and staff"

Excellent experience and stay at PH Hyderabad as Globalist. Wonderful crew and staff - from Raj at checkin to Nivedita who shepherded and took care of our family, to Shilpa and her team at breakfast and Nimmi and Madhu in the spa and salon. Wonderful crew, clean upscale property, nice amenities and great location!

Excellent staff and property. Great location - while in the middle of amazing brands and outlets, the property provides a very warm and peaceful vibe. Very modern, neat and clean rooms with great view. Highly recommended for business or personal stay.

"Not a great experience"

As soon as we entered into hotel for check in, the staff started upselling the apartments and Suits. We were tired and just wanted to take rest but they just want sell for upgrades etc. Please stop selling stuff to guets when they were tired and get into to rest. Worst Wi-Fi connection I have ever seen any star hotel, seemless connection for entire stay. Key Cards got deactivated every single, we need to go back to front desk from elevator to reactivate. Overall experience is not good.

A special mention goes to Nivedeta, the concierge manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to assist with every request truly stood out and made a big difference in our overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent taste across all meals. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and professional, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad. Looking forward to coming back again soon! ---
