The location and property were excellent. The food options including the spread for Breakfast were great. The bar options were great. Service was great.

I had an issue regarding Pre-Authorization, the hotel did pre-auth and did not use it to cover my bill as their systems failed. They did a refund which took around 5-6 days to show back in my card. The manager was very helpful and did a follow up to ensure this was closed.

Amazing hotel, with great service, food and facilities, but the most exceptional part are the staff. Their attention to detail and efforts to make the stay comfortable are nothing short of superb. All the staff have the same drive and enthusiasm, but in particular, I'd like to thank: Kriti, Manish, Shilpa, Manish, Ansu and Gaurav - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

The front desk team is very presentable and helpful to guests. Special thanks to Aarya for giving us extra attention and making our experience better. The housekeeping team is also doing a good job. However, the chef team needs some improvement.

Despite the traffic congestion, this hotel remains our favourite destination and the warmth of well trained staff makes all the difference

Valet staff are careless

The property itself is beautiful—spacious rooms, well-maintained facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. However, what made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Kriti at the reception. She was absolutely incredible throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were on another level. Kriti went above and beyond in every interaction—whether it was assisting with requests, ensuring everything was seamless, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Nothing ever felt like a task for her; she handled everything with a smile and a level of care that is rare to find. She truly represents the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Because of her, my experience felt personalized and effortless, and she is honestly one of the main reasons I would choose to stay here again.
