The location of this property is perfect for all Derbyshire attractions

Badly in need of refurbishment. Public areas and rooms were not adequately heated. Over priced food, alcohol and room rates

"A very pleasant stay."

Easy parking. Lovely comfortable room. Staff were amazing particularly the young girl at breakfast. Friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. The usual fruit salad, cereals, juices, choice of cooked and toast. Well presented and very tasty. The marmalade was fabulous, the best I have tasted for a long time. Lucky for me they sell it. Would stay again. Good value for money.

"Really lovely stay would definitely come back again"

Lovely stay, really characterful traditional pub/b&b. Really good vegan options for dinner at the pub which makes a nice change, staff were really good at catering to me/making suggestions for food and breakfast etc. Good value for money and lovely room, road noise wasn’t too bad but I would always sleep with earplugs staying away anyway
