The Rose And Crown

Nice hotel in country village ,stayed there as we attended a wedding in the hotel opposite.

Amazing staff and relaxed atmosphere. I stayed overnight before catching a ferry in dover and wanted to be close enough to the ferry, but away from a town or city. The rose was a great place with the classic pub/accomodation feel.

Couldn't have been made more welcome. Shown to my room almost the size on my London flat, large bed very comfortable. Clean fresh bathroom, toiletries supplied, fantastic red hot breakfast, staff count not do enough to make my stay enjoyable.

Beautiful venue in a beautiful village. Our room was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming. We noticed upon arrival that there was a leak from the toilet which we informed a member of staff of. On getting back to the room after a wedding, the leak had got progressively worse and no one had looked at it. Breakfast was tasty and all in all I would definitely visit again.

Good Inn in lovely village. Beware shower in bath in Room 5, it is a very high step up into the bath. We were moved in to room 1 which was fine. Helpful & friendly staff.

Arrived late in the day but they still made my wife and i some food, room was good size and our hostes were very welcoming. Will stay again if we are in the area

Pub with restaurant and large comfortable room. Nice pub lunch and great breakfast.

A country inn with local pub couldn’t be more English. Very charming, large rooms across from the pub are 20 minutes from Canterbury and a good value for money. Restaurant menu uses locally sourced ingredients.

Room was full of charector. Staff were helpfull and food was well cooked. Overall great experiance and some where id stay again

Lovely stay in the converted barn. Good location to visit Canterbury and Folkestone. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Will be back!
