"A great weekend in Exmouth"

It was in a great location for beach and town centre. It was clean and nicely decorated, the owners were friendly and welcoming. It's a big plus that the house is so brightly painted, you cannot miss it. I will be returning and would most heartily recommend it to others. My boyfriend is Spanish and has little experience of the British seaside, he was blown away and didn't want to leave.

We had the misfortune of being on the topmost floor, but that is just luck of the draw.

This was a last minute booking so definitely value for money which provided what we needed for the night hosts were very friendly and helpful room was basic but nice and clean and comfortable with a sea view Breakfast was very basic only providing the options of beans or eggs which was slightly unusual for us but not a problem no on site parking but public parking not too far up the road which you have to pay for during daytime hours A nice value for money stay
