I recently stayed at Ash B&B in Exmouth for one night with my elderly mother and we had a very enjoyable stay. The owners are a lovely, friendly couple whose positive energy is genuinely infectious, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the house. All of the guests seemed happy and relaxed as a result. We stayed in a comfortable family room with a lovely view over the sea, and the location is excellent for exploring Exmouth. A friendly, well-run B&B in a fantastic position. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The breakfast is fairly simple, but it is perfectly adequate and very welcome, especially considering the overall value for money.
