The breakfast was good and the location was perfect with excellent sea views.

Maybe some blinds rather than curtains as you were overlooked by a property across the road.

Great location. Only a short walk to town centre. Hostess was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. Could not fault it

Great location, lovely host, comfortable bed, clean throughout. Breakfast included, although we didn't have time for it. Easy to find and easy access for guests to come and go any time. Lovely to see so many thank you cards and flowers. Very warm, kind host. Homely atmosphere.

Just our preference, really, but if we stay again we will bring eye masks as there were only light curtains, no blinds, so the room was very light early in the morning. It was mainly quiet but suggest ear plugs due to early morning bin lorry and seagulls. There were toiletries but this was just a small sachet which did the job but prefer a nicer shower gel and suggest to bring your own towels if you prefer them to be larger. Soap dish in shower only really holds the sachets, anything heavier meant the soap dish fell to the floor which is then hard to retrieve mid shower. Shower itself lost pressure consistently. The toilet seat was old and very loose. There was a lot of furniture for a small room. Decor very busy and mismatched.

Location on the seafront was perfect! More than a Continental Breakfast,Cereals, Croissants , fresh fruit & yoghurts', Juice, tea & coffee, plus eggs or beans on toast. Mire tgan enough. Very accomodating lady.
