Good location plenty of tea and coffee provided Good clean condition

No parking but there is one disabled bay right outside property not a wide range of hot breakfast unless you like egg or beans on toast Got to property and went to check in and my partner was greeted and spoken to and I wasn’t even though I was the booking holder but even still just comes across as being rude

Perfect poached eggs on toast. Ash was friendly and helpful and me and my partner Paul had a lovely stay.

Just that the room was booked out the next day so I couldn't get extra time in the room.

Great location and price. Big room. Got upgraded to a sea view for free as my initial room wasn't available. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Facilities were clean. Continental breakfast with plenty of choice.

Toilet in en-suite was a l little low. A little tight on the tea and coffee supplies - only 2 sachets given per day - had to go and ask for more.
