Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh

Fantastic Room, overlooking the river and the limestone cliffs. Eat in restaurant in the evening and very disappointed and would not recommend for dinner. My partner ordered the Wagu steak (the most expensive item on the menu) and it was definitely NOT Wagu. We eat Wagu fairly often, and the taste was wrong and no marbling, it was just a cheap cut of beef. We could not complain on the night as they did not seem to understand. We asked for 2 x Coca Cola and ended up with Coconut. I had chicken friend rice which was very nice. The only other issue that annoyed was screaming children running around the restaurant constantly in the evening, round and around our table. Staff did nothing. We told reception on leaving, but nothing was done. Breakfast was very good. We would recommend the hotel as very centrally located with stunning views, and beautiful rooms. But would definitely not recommend the restaurant for dinner. Very disappointed that the staff made no effort to sort on check out.

The resort is completely old and worn down. The gardens in front of the room aren't tended too and nothing like what it looks in photos. Old showers washroom.and the most uncomfy beds. We stayed out half of the time coz we hated the property so much. The ac in the kids club wasnt functioning. Only good thing about this resort were the staff. So nothing against them. But if u prefer something more modern stylish pls dont go for this.it spoilt my whole ninh binh experience.

太喜欢这家度假村了，这个价钱简直物超所值。有机会还会再来。

如果可以增加一些去镇上的shuttle bus就完美了。从酒店去镇上，打车需要150000vnd，比较贵
