Hotel room amazing in quality and size. Restaurant food very good quality and very reasonable. Brilliant location and very helpful reception desk. First hotel that would change UK pounds to Vietnamese Dong - Big relief as needed local currency due to ATM issue in Hanoi. Highly recomended.

Le calme et le côté authentique

Nous avons eu une chambre qui était communicante avec une autre chambre (prévue pour les familles). La porte intermédiaire était fermée à clé, mais un voisin chinois assez bruyant nous as ennuyé. L’isolation sonore n’était pas bonne (sûrement à cause de la porte)

כל אנשי המלון שירותיים ביותר עוזרים בכל דבר קטן, המקום מהמם, ענק ומרווח, אפשר פשוט לשכוח מכל העולם בחוץ ופשוט להיות ברגע. הספא היה נהדר והבריכה הייתה מרעננת.
