Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh

Such a wonderful resort! Very clean, very good restaurant for lunch and dinner, excellent breakfast. The facilities like spa and swimming pools also perfect We loved the service and the friendly and very helpful staff. We took two trips organized by the resort. Our guide Thomz was attentive with the kids and took good care of us. We would totally come back here again in the future.

Everything was excellent to the detail. The room is huge, with a bath tub and a mini bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious. It's like a villa and you must walk a few minutes from your room to the pool, restaurant and breakfast parlour.

It's a little bit out of the way but easily reachable with Grab or van.

This one is for real! Great resort and good location in town. Rooms are beautiful as the resort is. Nice pool area. Wiew to the river and limestone mountains. Got upgraded to a premium deluxe room. Staff very polite and helpful. Would have liked a longer stay.

The room overall was nice! The bed was comfortable and the decor was timeless. The restaurant was decent! Location is amazing, the view is very special.

Staff could do with some additional customer service training as come across abrupt and rude at times. There was mould in the bathroom. The loungers by the pool (room 208) were always packed away in plastic so no where to sit? The loungers by the restaurant were filthy, as was the gym. Have to wait for the room to be checked before we leave? A bit annoying as we were in a rush and it was very slow. No take away cups for breakfast. Did not seem like a 4 star hotel, 3 stars would be more appropriate.

I thought I booked Emeralda Tam Coc. Emeralda Ninh Binh not great location.
