"Noise!"

We were about 100 to 150 m away from the main building in one of the chalets you stay in. The noise started from an event they were holding around the main building and it was so loud in my chalet I could have been playing the music in my own room When queried with reception they said ' theyve booked the space so theres nothing we can do about the noise' they were completely unphased that you literally couldnt do anything in the chalet due to the noise! And apparently people book the space and hold events regularly They offered to move us to a different chalet, this was about 8pm at night! Why would I want to pack everything up and move to a different chalet at 8pm at night because they cant organise the site and control the noise!!

Gorgeous grounds facilities and extremely professional staff throughout the resort, hospitality was exceptional and the level of care tremendous. From start to finish a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious and well decorated with a full tub and are wonderful clean and well stocked.

Gorgeous park-like resort with large, beautifully appointed room set up as its own “casita” with one other room attached. We had a small pool with maybe a half dozen casitas around it. Very private with lush gardens throughout the resort. Very good breakfast. Another large complex with huge indoor pool, outdoor pool with adjacent bar, gym and restaurant. Super nice staff. 5 star resort

I would have preferred staying near Tam Coc (at the other Emeralda). This was 30 min drive to Tam Coc and most of what you want to see in Ninh Binh
