Good hotel located in Palanco. Good breakfast each morning! I’ve stayed there a number of times and I always had good service!
I checked into my room late in the evening after my flight. I didn’t realize until I was in bed that my small room was located next to the stairs and elevator! Very noisy the guests upstairs came in after midnight and was not respectful making noise! The bathroom had peeling paint on a number of places on the wall’s and was not clean! Very dissatisfied this time!

La ubicación es excelente.
Muy ruidoso en el interior, se escucha todo lo del vecino. No hay shampoo, jabón, ni toallas de entrada, las toallas las tuvimos que pedir en recepción.

El internet en la noche sigue siendo muy inestable, estaban haciendo reformas en el hotel y algunas veces era muy ruidoso.

Me hospedé de lunes a viernes y toda la semana no tuve internet y diario reporte el problema sin solución alguna, de los dos últimos días de estancia ya no limpiaron la habitación, botes con la basura, cama desatendida, no dejaron toallas ni botellas de agua. Mal servicio.
