RS II Guesthouse

Good location, nice enough hotel. Room was a little small, but was comfortable enough. Clean and tidy. Bed a little springy, and newer sheets could be bought as mine were a little old (though clean!)

On the whole, I was satisfied. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location of the hotel is great, which is always what matters most to me. The rooms are ok, but nothing special. Only one electric socket worked.

It was a very nice stay. The staff was extremely pleasant and cooperative. They helped make any arrangement we asked or told us where we could. very responsive to all our needs. very close to the royal Palace, the National Museum and the riverfront.

I enjoyed the hotel. It was convenient o the Royal Palace, National Museum, so many restaurants and shops. The free breakfast was tasty and plenty to eat. WiFi worked well. It is a cheap hotel. You can't expect The Ritz, at this price.

i was not impressed i had a room on the top floor which had no bedside lamp there were only 2 clothes hangers and when i asked for more none were forthcoming .because i use a walking stick it was suggested by hotel reception that a room on a lower floor could be arranged again nothing was done.because there was no bedside lamp i had to switch main room light on and off from switch by room door so consequently i had to get in and out of bed in the dark.I asked for a bottle of water one day and was told they were out of stock.All in all i cannot see how this hotel has a 3 star rating and would never stay again

Great service, the rooms clean and the cleaning staff very friendly. Ww ended up not eating there or using their services for booking as they were really expensive compared to the next door hotels. However, happy with the room and the air-con that we greatly needed at the time!

Perfect location across from Palace and near riverside. Near many restaurants. The front desk was helpful to book transport to Siem Reap and other information. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfortable. Bathroom ok, but awkward showerhead over toilet.

Overall the hotel is acceptable, except the room that I was staying is very noisy (vehicle/traffic noise). The room facing the road.
