RS II Guesthouse

My room was small but incredibly comfortable, I loved the design, made me feel very secure (didn't know why I had had this feelings). People complained about narrow stairs but I thought that was fine, not as bad as my previous guesthouse. The location was wonderful, very easy to access to attractions. Staff were helpful, always put smiles on their faces. The room I stayed was fairly good, amazingly the toilet was actually quite huge, nothing to fault, very satisfied with the service. I would definitely return.

Meh, it was ok. There are plenty of other options in the same price bracket... they are all the same essentially but for location, this one is pretty much close to the action. Amazing? Hardly, definitely not terrible but don't get too excited. It was clean but aged.

The hotel is next to Palace and 10 min walk to local markets. If you can't take stairs, that's not your hotel since it has no elevator. Breakfast is included but be ready to have very simple one (normally breakfast in Asia is excellent with choices). Staff is very helpful. He guy carried my luggage all the way to 3rd floor and asked to let him know when I check out so that he did same for me. I tipped him well but with pleasure since he is a great guy.

This hotel is well located near the royal palace and the river but the rooms at the front can be noisy. Breakfast is fine. I chose the superior room and it was just OK so I wouldn't risk a standard room. The bathroom wasn't really up to anything over 1 star even by Cambodian standards. The staff are very friendly. Beware that the beds are very, very hard.

I would not stay there again and not recommend the hotel. The service was fuddled, our room booking got mixed up, the room itself was dated and dirty. One positive thing: the wifi worked. At least it did on the first floor. I was happy I was only staying one night.

Dont go there. Rooms are extremely small - also superior.

I booked this hotel for one night and I ended up staying four night. The room I was given in the first three night was a bit of a walk up to the third floor but it was very nice, clean and well stocked. Sheets and towels were very clean and the front desk never hesitated to take a hike to my room every time I needed something. However, after the 3rd night I checked out by mistake thinking that it's the day when I fly out. When I realised that I was actually supposed to stay one more night in Phnom Penh, I came back to the hotel and they gave me another room with no windows, because everything was already booked. That is kinda my fault. But overall, I was very satisfied with the location and staff. The hotel is literally across the street from the National Museum and steps away from Riverside and Royal Palace. I would return to this hotel any day. I highly recommend it.

good little hotel. friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable and made up daily. nice views of the palace. its in the mix so your never far from sights and sounds. restaurant is average, there are plenty dotted around and some nice bars very close by though. the laundry service was fast and very good but maybe a little expensive. wifi in the room was very good as was aircon and shower. i'd stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay , clean room, close to the market, Notre Dame Cathedral.Helpful staff.
