The Pines Hotel

Beautiful property, superb location and the parking is a definite plus!

Attitude of reception staff could have been a little more professional. Requested that both rooms be near to each other, only to be told the allocations had been made at the time of booking, in different parts of the hotel! Whilst I understand this may be the norm, an alternative solution or a workaround wasn’t offered. The shouted announcement in the bar to all guests that ‘Rooms are now ready’ did cause some amusement.

Lovely location, great views fromthe room,lounge and dining room. Good parking (free) at the hotel. Direct access to beach and costal walks.

The walls are paper thin you can hear every thing and I mean every thing people snoreing talking TV am a builder they are stud walls with no sound insulation shame you won't sleep

Its proximity to the sea via the steps to the beach. The gardens overlooking the English Channel were an asset, as was the view from the restaurant and lounge.
