Staff is very nice. Bed is super comfy. The location is convenient. Amenities are great. Room was clean. Breakfast is delicious.

The only thing I didn't like was being able to hear my neighbor's phone ring at 5:30am.

Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig und mit einem Kamin ausgestattet - das ist in der kalten Jahreszeit sicher schön. Es liegt etwas außerhalb und deshalb hat man Abstand zum großen Trubel in der Innenstadt (den wir so nicht erwartet hätten).

Leider gab es nur einen Hocker, einen Sessel und einen Stuhl auf dem Balkon, obwohl es für zwei oder mehr Personen gebucht werden kann. Die Einrichtung ist schon urig aber auch sehr düster, die Beleuchtung ist schwach. Gatlinburg und die Great Smoky Mountains waren uns zu überfüllt.

It was very close to town and it had a wonderful view.

The staff at night was hateful and didnt care. We had gum stuck to walls in our bathroom and our balcony was covered in cob webs and not clean. The pool shuts doen whenever they want it to even though they tell you 11 and posted at 11. Some nights it closed at 9. The beds was not comfortable at all. The fireplace didnt work. Breakfast was the same thing every morning the whole week we was there. You have to pay for parking and not much around to eat but pizza unless you go into gatlinburg. We will not be staying there again. There is nicer places to stay for the price.

Awesome Location! We saw bears from the balcony! Pool is amazing! Breakfast was average hotel breakfast, but everyone was friendly.

Beds we're uncomfortable (R318). Rooms a bit dated.
