Nothing, it was lovely.

The elevator was a little creepy and squeaky, but everything was outstanding

Location is nice, river view is beautiful, free breakfast was good.

Ice machine in our building didn’t work the entire stay. WiFi did not work the entire stay and when another guest asked about it they said nothing they can do because we’re in the mountains and the more people, the less it works. Which fine, I guess(need better wifi) but they shouldn’t advertise free wifi. They should say, free wifi but only works sometimes. If people come there and need to work they are SOL. The sheets do not fit the beds at all. I had to put the fitted sheet back on the bed every single night and day multiple times. Extremely aggravating when it’s the middle of the night and it’s popping off the corners then you’re laying on some mattress cover that is probably filthy. We stayed there 3 years ago and loved it enough to come back but I feel it’s went a little downhill. The pool is pretty and slide is great but it’s definitely freezing water. We had fun but for almost 1000 dollars we should have the basics such as ice, sheets that fit and wifi as advertised. Was not worth the money at all and I’m actually very upset at that.

Mosquitos everywhere, follow us in the room. We were in the room for two hours after checking in at 6:30pm, hoping the room would cool off since the AC unit was left off all day, went out to the balcony and there wasps everywhere and more mosquitos, and we were bit by them in the room. My husband is allergic to wasps, they needed pest control, we immediately left and they decided to keep the cancellation of the first night for 174 and neither manager called or apologized. Absolutely horrible and highly do not recommend. Musty, old, uncomfortable bed too.

Watching the raccoons and squirrels

Everything it was the worse place Don’t STAY! Felt Unsafe ,it is dirty , front door stuck was hard to get open son had to use his shoulder to force open each time. Room was musty smelling you could smell the smut from the fireplace it needed cleaning, carpet was dirty food underneath the bed , stain spots of old spills on carpet if you wore socks walking will be black with dirt. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room before we could stay in. Beds were not comfortable mattress needs replacing on both beds and pillows were flat. No blankets on bed or in room. Housekeeping never left enough towels or washcloths only left 1 set for 3 people I had to get them from the house keepers cart or office. Breakfast was cold food. Room temperature milk and orange juice. Room was Dark not enough lights some plugs did not work. I will not be staying here again did not feel safe at all Longer walk to downtown but trolley did stop in front of motel. But over an hour wait to return.

The room was huge.

They didn't change the sheets.
