From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and beautifully maintained far more impressive than we expected. Breakfast service was excellent, as someone who is gluten intolerant like me I truly appreciated the variety of gluten-free options available. It made mornings easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was the warm and friendly attitude of the staff. The location is also ideal just a short walk from all the major sights, plus plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. Our stay in Bologna was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. While they were on the smaller side, it was absolutely perfect for my family and me. Each morning started right with excellent coffee. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps away from everything we wanted to explore in the heart of Bologna’s old town. Lovely hotel in the centre of Bologna. Situated a short walk from all of the main tourist attractions and right in the heart of up market shops. The hotel is spotless, breakfast is good but what makes it exceptional is staff - super helpful and nice!

Lovely room, awful area and surroundings, never felt so unsafe anywhere, Tried to leave and booking.com suggested potential refund but only at hotels discretion , instead of 3 nights left after a day and a half , no refund allowed….. I felt the hotel description was very misleading Wouldn’t return

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Terrific breakfast but limited seating. Not necessarily a problem if you let them know when you would like breakfast. Central location across from a study hall in the university quarter but there were drug dealers operating at the end of the block. Police were every morning but the dealers returned in the afternoon. We felt uncomfortable.

Rossini is both in an excellent location, near the university and food districts and historic center, but a little bit away from the noise, and blessed with very attentive and thoughtful staff. We will return.
