The Exeter Inn

Have stayed before while meeting up with family. Quirky rooms (nothing level) - to be expected in a property of this age - but very comfortable. Extremely hospitable and accommodating host - breakfasts - some of the best we've had. Parking fine if you're fit and well - might be more difficult if mobility impaired - also steep stairs to bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Charming oldy worldy inn on main road in centre of Modbury. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Food in pub & breakfast were great.

Really friendly welcome, lovely room and very comfortable, lovely Olde Worlde pub with lots of features. Great breakfast and evening meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The property is very old and picturesque so you have to accept the steep stairs and creaky floors. Having said that it was clean and well presented and the staff were most hospitable. Lack of parking didn't cause us too much of a problem as there is a public car park nearby and free parking opposite between 6pm and 9am.

Great place, run by lovely people. Brilliant.
