Very friendly place with excellent breakfasts.

Made welcome, shown room, discussed breakfast times, and general conversation. Excellent venue for peaceful for a short stopover.

Breakfast was lovely, the room was clean and tidy but could do with updating. Would definitely recommend 👍

These B&B's rooms are more than rooms! They are full houses/flats and are beautiful in every sense of the word. The host's are lovely and the rooms immaculate. I couldn't recommend these rooms enough!

I was staying over the New Year, to visit family in the area. The B&B was very comfortable and I was made very welcome by the owners.

B and B is a good location especially as I was visiting Castle Howard, about 15 mins away. Peaceful country spot. Room was a good size and a plus was the fridge. Tv, kettle and shower en suite all fine. Main criticism was a very poor mattress on bed, which wasn't comfy. Was only there 1 night, but would have found it comfortless for sucessive nights. Breakfast was in the bar area- this was ok, but a nice addition would have been fruit or cereals.

stopped one night as we were at a wedding close by. greeted warmly, great room and a good breakfast. would definately stop again. we were taken and picked up from the wedding venue by our lovely host Lily Great service.

We had a one bedroom cottage for 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed in the lounge area was very poor quality with springs sticking out. The cottage would however be fine for 2 adults. The owners were hostile about criticism and informed us that children ought to have gone free and it wasn’t their issue that we had paid for them through Expedia.
