Amazing place very friendly the complementary breakfast was above expectations love the facilities

Smooth check in. super clean, very friendly .great selection of things for breakfast in the room, kettle toaster fridge close proximity to the front,even let us stay parked on their front until we had finished our day at the beach. Would definitely recommend .

Only a small issue, the shower was either too hot or to cold, couldn’t get the right tempertature . This would not put me off staying in future though .

A bit more modern bedding would be nice.

It was near the beach and not far from the motorway beds was comfortable

Tv dont work on most channels, the view is peoples gardens and its abit intrusive seeing eachother threw windows, i was expecting a hot breakfast when i purchased the room but only got told after paying and booking that they only do continental cold breakfast which should include fresh pastrys and was only given a loaf of bread and a pint of milk and child size cereal box of cornflakes and rice crispies wasnot impressed, it also wasnot hoovered or mopped before our stay

Incredible find. Was greeted on the door by Sofia who came across as very friendly and kind. She showed me to my room, which was conveniently right next to the entrance! She explained everything I needed to know and showed me where to ask if I needed anything. Breakfast available in room: cereals, bread, butters, jams, etc. These were topped up daily, with clean plates, toilet paper and such changed too. Room was equipped with microwave, toaster, fridge, cutlery. Everything you need to self-cater. This was ideal for me. The location is good, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants etc within walking distance. Short drive to larger stores too. Plenty of takeaways within the area as well. Of course, beach and pier within walking distance too. The room was simple, but very clean and ideal for a single man. Shower was good and water hot. It was explained that I may have issues waiting for hot water due to room location, but was never a problem. I've stayed in thousands of b&bs and hotels in my time, and when factoring in value for money this is very high on the list. Genuinely have no complaints at all.
