The seasonal pool will be open from July 12 to August 31. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Alcohol is not permitted at this property. The service was amazing. Very friendly staff. The dinner and breakfast were both high quality. The onsen was very comfortable. The room was spacious, with nice Japanese design. I really appciate their attention to details. It's right next to a train station, so very easy to reach with suitcases. We had a lovely walk nearby, it fulfulled our wish to experience Japanese countryside.

We could hear the trains from the room. But with ear plugs we still get to have a good sleep.

Superb meal options, tranquil location and terrific onsen opportunity. Booked one evening for the ryokan experience and was not disappointed.

It is very difficult to pinpoint anything at all unpleasant about the experience. We had a great time.

excellent staff, beautiful and very peaceful location, very close to the station, very secluded and quiet. Appreciated the skincare products provided in the women's onsen. There was a little frog in the onsen area! Bring bug bite patches (or spray) as I got devoured the moment I arrived. =P

food was obviously curated with the utmost care and presentation, but some dishes were a bit bland? BBQ was excellent, though!
