Need another couple hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or hang your clothes on when getting out of the shower and the shelf by the sink to be able to put make up toothbrush toothpaste

The staff is really lovely, they got in contact with us to make sure we had a taxi. Everyone was super kind while we were there. They offered us tea to get used to the altitude and recommended a light meal to adjust. We had the room with the terrace and it was beautiful, I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it more! Breakfast was super tasty and really enjoyed the typical bread. The building is just beautiful. Super close to the centre and everything, but out of the party area. Room was comfortable and had soap and everything we didn’t bring. Fantastic stay!

Loved the premises --it's like a beautiful historic manor more impressive than in the photos, and loved the staff. The balcony area is great to have breakfast with a view. This was more like renting a house with housekeeping vs. a hotel experience depending on what someone is looking for. Loved walking up to Saqsaywaman in the mornings for a quick hike and viewpoint of Cusco. This was what I was looking for but for someone wanting the traditional front desk with hotel bar it doesn't have this here.

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht, das Zimmer entsprach von der Grösse her nicht einer Suite und war sehr düster. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis war viel zu hoch. Bei der Beschreibung des Hotels gibt es nur Fotos von innen.

Lovely quirky hotel, beautifully decorated and cared for. Lovely, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. Free drinking water. Taxis are cheap if you don't want to walk up that hill from the centre. Close to many shops restaurants and bars around the main square.

Restored building so no lift so lots of stairs but little help carrying your luggage. Up a fairly steep hill from the Plaza de Armas so between that and the hotel stairs demands a fair level of fitness at that altitude. Shower room a bit tight on space. Accessibility issues.

When my mother told me she wanted to go to Machu Picchu, I started looking for a comfortable place for us to stay in Cusco and found Rumi Wasi. It ended up being a great choice—such a lovely hotel and very reasonably priced. On the morning of check-in, Manuel, the owner, messaged me on WhatsApp to see if I wanted a taxi arranged from the airport, which was such a nice and helpful touch. When we arrived, we were welcomed with coca leaf tea and given tips on how to avoid altitude sickness, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and everything felt clean and cozy. The best part, though, was the breakfast—great coffee and the option to have breakfast delivered right to our room each morning, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Rumi Wasi and would happily stay there again. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.

Super welcoming and supportive, very thoughtful about acclimatising and helpful with storing our bags while we did the Inca trail. Very beautiful building and lovely rooms.

Could hear a dog barking and sometimes nightclub music at night but with no problem with ear plugs in.
