Great stay, great people

Very cute hotel located near the plaza for easy walking to explore Cusco. The staff were incredible, always helping us with any questions we had.

There's no main reception desk, but it's pretty easy to find help with WhatsApp number

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rumi Wasi. We used their taxi service to pick us up from the airport, which was a good idea since it's a little hard to find, and up a small hill. But the location is a short walk to some of the popular areas in Cusco, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and also a short walk to the amazing Sacsayhuaman ruins. The staff were very helpful, clean water and coca tea were always available, and breakfast was good. The hotel was also very nice-looking, and had a good view of the city from the upper balcony.

Reservei cama king , porém não tinha, nos colocaram no quarto pequeno do térreo, sem janela, o banheiro não tinha privacidade, precisávamos usar o banheiro de externo (em frente ao quarto)

Ein schön restauriertes Anwesen mit Charme. Es gab Wasser aus einem Wasserspender, Tee und Kaffee gratis. Die Kontaktperson Manuel war für jeden Wunsch offen und half bei allen Problemen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und fleißig.

Dusche und WC sind fensterlos nachträglich in den Raum integriert worden. In diesem Bereich gibt es keine Möglichkeit, sich die Hände zu waschen. Dazu muss die Tür geöffnet werden. Das Waschbecken, welches auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, befindet sich im Wohn-/Schlafbereich. Dort befindet sich in unserem Fall ein kleiner runder Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, an dem man sein Frühstück einnehmen kann oder muss. Denn dieses bestellt man online. Dann kann man wählen, ob mein dieses im Zimmer, im Frühstücksraum oder auf dem Balkon serviert bekommen möchte. Alle Gemeinschaftsräume sind aber offen. Und bei den sehr kühlen Nachttemperaturen in Cusco ist es dann auch dort ungemütlich.

The service was great. We got sick and they worked with us to extend our stay 2 days. Manger was available and responsive via text. Lots of historic charm. Easy to walk to the main plaza and around town. Free breakfast and available to be brought to your room.

We stayed in two different rooms due to extension of our stay. One was on the street side and near the hotel gate. It could be noisy with people coming and going or being loud on the street. The other room was not street-side and much more quiet for sleep.

I loved the location, my room was comfortable enough. The breakfast on the balcony was lovely with simple but very good quality food.

The room was dark with no good side table lamp for reading. The only window was on the veranda where other guests will pass through which lacked privacy. A good room if you only want to sleep and go out most of the day and night, not a room to enjoy and relax in.

Mensen waren aardig en helpen goed mee. Je bent dichtbij het centrum. Ontbijt op de kamer was fijn.

De wc/badkamer vonden we niet zo fijn, glazen en open deur. Ook hadden we midden in de nacht veel overlast van mensen die aan de deur stonden aan te bellen.
