Pulizia insufficiente, moquette e lenzuola con macchie. Il divanetto presente all’interno della stanza è vecchio e con macchie. Mi dispiace ma siamo ben lontani dagli standard di una struttura europea.

Spacious rooms and value for the money, my go to place when I visited Surabaya. This was my second stayed at Artotel TS Suite Surabaya. Perfect as always, love the location because it is close to my family.
The view is so great, and the room so clean and cozy . I the best hotel ins Surabaya. And the cs Daniel is so helpful and warm.

The room initially given to me has a connecting door which oddly enough is not locked though there’s a family staying in the other room. After I complained the staff immediately offered me a different room. The hot water in the shower was lukewarm in late afternoon. However in the morning it was hot. Ordered the room service meal and the food was delicious.
I have been a loyal customer of TS Suite since 2014, for 10 years, even before it became Artotel TS Suite. I rarely ask for a late check-out, but this time I requested a late check-out and was granted until 1:00 PM, as is usually the case. I asked the receptionist to check with the management to see if I could extend the check-out until 2:00 PM. The receptionist said she would try to ask. Then, around 12:00 PM, I received a call in my room from a female receptionist who asked if I wanted to extend or check out. I explained that I had already requested a late check-out. She replied that the maximum late check-out is until 12:30 PM. I told her that I had already been granted late check-out until 1:00 PM and was waiting for confirmation regarding my request to extend it until 2:00 PM due to an online meeting. However, she curtly responded that it was final, and I could only stay until 1:00 PM. She didn’t even check with her superior to see if my request could be accommodated. I wouldn’t mind if the final decision from the management was to limit my check-out to 1:00 PM, but at least they should have asked first. This may seem trivial to you, but as a loyal customer, I feel like I was not treated as I should have been. If this continues, you may lose one loyal customer. I hope this can be taken as feedback, and I am disappointed.
