At morning during check-in asked help at the manager to prep the pizza and chicken I bought for tonight at my room. Well not only they prep-ed it perfectly, but also kindly upgraded my room and add some wine for the perfect night. IDLocation very good. Staff very nice and helpful. They have bathtub in every room. Need so many maintenance for the hotel & rooms. Bed not good (feels like old), Bed sheets stain, Air Conditioner very noisy, Room very dark. Breakfast cleanliness need to be improved. Many glass and cutleries still dirty. Shower room only have rain shower (no hand shower)
I had a truly wonderful stay at TS Suites Artotel. The hotel was very comfortable, and the room was modern—equipped with a smart TV and a bathtub. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Dena, Ms. Nevia, and Mr. Gerald from the front office team. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Thank you, Artotel! I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya.

Overall, the hotel was great, and the staff was very helpful with quick responses. However, the breakfast restaurant could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and the variety of food offered. Hopefully next time I am visit there is an improvement at breakfast area
I had best experience when I stayed for a quick gateaway. The check-in process was fast and they gave me free early check in as well. Room was artsy, spacipous and beautiful. The bed and pillow are super comfortable. Definitely will come back here!

IDHad a recent stay at ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya. The rooms were comfortable, but cleanliness and the quality of towels and linens could use some improvement. The bathroom also needs better upkeep. On the positive side, the shower experience was excellent—strong water pressure and consistent hot water made it really enjoyable. The location is a big plus, right in the heart of Surabaya with easy access to everything. It was interesting to return after my last visit in 2015, before the ARTOTEL group took over. Special thanks to Enrico for the great hospitality! Looking forward to seeing how the hotel continues to improve.
Love how the staffs are so friendly amd helpful all the time Room size is pretty good with good location at city centre Receptionists are all so so kind and very welcoming , helping all the needs that we have requested , room aircon is also functioning very well
