IDLoved the convenient location, friendly helpful staff (Alvin) and how clean and well-maintained everything was. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. Just what I need after a long, hot day exploring Surabaya.
The only downside was the loud sound from the heater whenever we took a shower, and the guest next door who kept slamming their door it got a bit noisy. Other than that, everything else was great!
Stayed at ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya and totally loved the experience! From the moment I arrived, the creative and artsy vibes really stood out. The welcome drink at the angkringan area was a nice touch — super chill, especially when they have live music. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Every suite comes with a bathtub (love that!), and the amenities were complete. The bathroom and toilet are separated, which is super convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and I really enjoyed hanging out at One Deck Gastropub in the evening. Plus, there are so many cool 24-hour hangout spots nearby — perfect location! Don’t miss the Artspace on the UG and GF floors — they’re currently featuring paintings from talented special needs kids, which makes the place even more meaningful. Definitely one of the most artsy lifestyle hotels in Surabaya. Would totally come back again! 💯✨
Genuine and warm service being given by the colleagues at Artotel TS Suites. From arrive in the airport until check in process and farewell all goes smoothly nice. Food was great fish menu and sambals were delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Engineering fast to respond changing the remote TV in the room event during midnight. Guest relations Team that always ensure and communicate politely to take care the guest. Special thanks to Pak Teddy and Bita for all the training arrangements and make it happen. Kudos for the all colleagues at TS Suites.

Very good and comfort room, facilities, and food of breakfast. but maybe can improve the air conditioner performance at the lift.
The staff are friendly and informative. The interior design is nice and unique. The hotel is located in a strategic area, great for looking for food outside.
