When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. The tax is applied per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. According to Peruvian law (Law No. 28194), cash is not accepted for payments from PEN 2,000.00 or USD 500.00. These currencies must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the hotel and Peruvian Law. Payments cannot be split between currencies. In accordance with the new provisions in force as of April 17, 2021 (DS No. 005-2021-MINCETUR)For the entry of minors accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the passport or identity card of the minor. It is also a requirement to present at the hotel, the birth certificate or birth certificate; as well as passport or identity card of the accompanying parent, as appropriate.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The experience was so unreal, Edgar, Fredy, Irvin, Jose, Sheyla, Daniel, literally everyone were AMAZING. I have visited a lot of countries and this was by far the best experience was staying here. They are so attentive to EVERYTHING it’s so much. Would give it 10 stars if I could

The hotel is beautiful. The charm of the old, with the comfort of the modern rooms. The concierge service was great for the tours and restaurants. Our driver during the transfers was great, as was our guide Hugo! We had an amazing time. The restaurant inside the hotel is great, as well as the one at Monastério (which is also a Belmond across the street). The complimentary mini bar is a great addition and we loved the small surprises/ beauty products in our room. You will see a lot of small details like covers on the water balls or small attentions during the turndown service.

Its really hard to pinpoint just a few things we loved. First, we were so pleased and impressed when our room was upgraded, although from my impressions, every room here is a suite. The room details (heated floors, flowers, bar, colorful Peruvian treats) The dining (think specialty coffee or fresh squeezed juice in the sunshine by the pool... and of course your seat will have a pillow and every condiment imaginable for your delicious food). The pool (warm crystal clear water, fresh towels and sunscreen rushed to you at a moments notice, and poolside cocktail service from the friendly bartender). This place is as good as it gets! Can't wait to come back!

Peaceful and impeccable grounds and unsurpassed service Unexpected luxury in middle of Cuzco. Walking distance to shopping. Superb dining at hotel and at sister hotel Monesterio right next door. Can’t go wrong! Stayed here before traveling out to Machu Picchu. Hotel is a relaxing vacation in and of itself.
