When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. The tax is applied per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. According to Peruvian law (Law No. 28194), cash is not accepted for payments from PEN 2,000.00 or USD 500.00. These currencies must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the hotel and Peruvian Law. Payments cannot be split between currencies. The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.

Beautiful hotel as well as the service but we had a problem with the water in the shower. It has changed from hot to cold and we couldn’t do anything.that was annoying

Beautiful property- very well maintained. Beds were amazing, food was good

Only thing that left me with huh? Was when checking out, a woman interrupted to store her bags. The man helping me, completely went off to help- not saying a word to me- finally, I just walked away- never got a receipt, thank you etc

There is very little I can critique about this hotel besides perhaps the cost. It is five star across the board. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were perfect...comfortable, fully stocked mini-bar (included in the stay!), clean and spacious. The hotel's restaurant is spectacular. Michelin star quality. Great location amongst shops and walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and the San Blas neighborhood. The 'sister' hotel that shares a wall (Monasterio) has a wonderful restaurant/opera show. I highly recommend it! I would absolutely come back.

The room's thermostat wouldn't go any lower than 18C (~65F) and the comforter was VERY warm. I would have liked either a cooler comforter or the ability to make the room colder.

Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved.
