When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. The tax is applied per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. According to Peruvian law (Law No. 28194), cash is not accepted for payments from PEN 2,000.00 or USD 500.00. These currencies must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the hotel and Peruvian Law. Payments cannot be split between currencies. In accordance with the new provisions in force as of April 17, 2021 (DS No. 005-2021-MINCETUR)For the entry of minors accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the passport or identity card of the minor. Conveniently located near the heart of Cusco, it's rich history is like a step back in time but with all the modern conveniences & touches of today's elegance! The comfortably spacious rooms & stunning grounds make it a great place to stay, but it is the attentive staff & wonderful welcome that make it a must stay for us!

"gorgeous historic hotel"

"Unbelievably Perfect"

We (@wolfestreettravel on Instagram and wolfestreettravel.com) stayed at Palacio Nazarenas for 2 nights during a month-long trip through South America. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The actual hotel setting and architecture, with elements of Inca and colonial periods, was stunning. Our room (a studio category - the room is actually the top left on the balcony overlooking the pool in the Tripadvisor hotel picture) was perfect. Service was beyond wonderful and super attentive. And the location ideal - just a couple of blocks to the main square. (Belmond's other Cusco hotel is, like 2-doors down on the same street, but a different (although equally cool) feel). We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Cusco (which we may - what a great town).

"Exemplary Stay"

The Belmond stay was amazing. 5 * or more experience. The Staff could not do enough for you. The rooms are well appointed, including decanters of spirits. I will definitely be back to Cusco and certainly pick Palacio Nazarenes.

"Impressed experience"

Saul is very nice staff in here. I was impressed because of him. He is very kind and making comfort. This hotel is wonderful in cusco. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Also, nice interior. Out side is Inka style, Inside some part of Inka style but also convenient and modern.
